What counts as a seat?

Each active user in your workspace is one seat. Free, Solo, Pro, and Business Pro include 1, 1, 3, and 5 seats respectively. Additional users are $49/seat/mo.

What are AI credits for?

Your AI crew — agentic AI available on any paid plan. Features like claim summaries, draft estimates, and PULSE require a $50 prepaid minimum. Top up anytime; unused credits carry forward.

Can I switch plans?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Prorated credits are applied automatically via the Stripe portal.
